Explanation

Acasia Fiber is obtained from Acacia Senegal Willdenow or drying excretions of congeneric plants or desalting the excretions. It contains over 80% of fibers and dissolves in water completely. This gum contains galactose, glucuronic acids and minerals such as calcium, potassium an d magnesium.

Applications

Chewing gums, candies, chocolate coating products, soft drinks, wine, beer, snack, bakery and bread, dairy products, meat products, dietary food, medicine, syrup, cosmetics such as skin lotions, paper products, pesticides, and industrial inks etc.
